The Intentional Manager’s
Playbook
A practical, no-fluff leadership course for mid-level
managers who were great individual contributors – and now need to lead.
Beta pricing available through July 31, 2026 only
The day you got promoted, nobody told you the job had completely changed.
You were good – really good – at what you did. So they made you a manager. And suddenly the skills that got you here stopped working. You can’t outperform your way through this one. You can’t just do it yourself. And nobody handed you a manual.
Most management training gives you frameworks built for a different era – or theory that sounds right in a classroom and falls apart on Monday morning. You don’t need more models. You need to know what to actually do when your best employee stops trying, when a conversation gets uncomfortable, or when your team hits a wall and looks to you for answers.
That’s what this course is. Real skills. Real situations. Built from the ground up for managers who are doing this for real.
Is This You?
This course is built for you if…
- You were promoted because you were great at your job - and now you're responsible for other people doing theirs
- You feel like you're winging it more than you're willing to admit
- You avoid hard conversations because you're not sure how they'll land
- Your team does what you ask - but you're not sure they're actually bought in
- You want to build real trust, not just compliance
- You're carrying too much yourself instead of truly leading
- You're ready to stop managing by instinct and start managing with intention
The Curriculum
9 Modules. Zero Fluff.
What You'll Learn
Why Most Managers Plateau
The mindset shift that separates managers who struggle from managers who lead. Name the problem, close the gap, and set the foundation for everything that follows.
The Identity Shift
Stop thinking like a contributor. Start leading like a multiplier. Understand what your team actually needs from you - and what they don't.
Listen Up
Most managers are already formulating their answer while the other person is still talking. Learn the listening habits that build trust, create psychological safety, and surface what's actually going on with your team.
Influence Without Authority
There's a massive difference between a team that complies and a team that genuinely buys in. Learn to communicate, persuade, and build support - up, down, and across the organization.
The Coaching Conversation
Most managers coach reactively - only when something goes wrong. Learn to deliver feedback that lands, have the hard conversations you've been avoiding, and develop your people before problems force your hand.
Accountability Without Being the Bad Guy
Many managers confuse being liked with being effective. Learn to set expectations that stick, address missed commitments early and directly, and build a team culture where accountability is shared - not imposed.
Develop Your People Like You Mean It
Most managers know they should develop their people. Few actually do it in a meaningful, individualized way. Learn to identify each person's growth edge, use delegation as a development tool, and build real bench strength.
Make the Call
Ambiguity is the daily operating condition for every mid-level manager. Learn to make timely decisions with incomplete information, bring your team with you after a hard call, and own the outcomes - including the ones that don't work out.
Your 90-Day Leadership Practice
Skills without a practice plan evaporate within two weeks. This module converts everything you've learned into a concrete 30-60-90 day plan with specific behaviors, milestones, and an accountability partner.

Questions
A few things people ask
How long is each module?
Each module is approximately 15 minutes – long enough to be substantive, short enough to fit into a real week. The course is designed to be taken one module at a time, with practice between sessions. There’s no rushing required, and no deadline to finish.
Is this for new managers or experienced ones?
Both – but it’s built for the gap. Most of the managers who benefit most are 1–5 years in: experienced enough to know what they don’t know, still close enough to the transition to feel it. If you’re brand new, you’ll build on solid ground. If you’ve been at it a while, you’ll get language and structure for things you’ve been doing by instinct.
Why buy now at the beta price?
The beta price exists because I’m asking you to trust the course before I’ve had a chance to gather public feedback. In exchange, you get full access at a significantly reduced rate. Once the beta window closes on July 31, 2026, the price goes up and stays there.
Ready to stop winging it?
The managers who get good at this don’t wait until they feel ready. They decide to get better, then they do the work.
